Can I pick up my purchase at the warehouse? 

Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse at:

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00pm can be ready for pick up the same business day. Our Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30am EST - 5:30pm EST. Please select customer pick up at checkout.

How do I track my order?

A USPS or UPS tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment. 

What's the status of my order?

The standard lead time for in-stock items is 1 business day from order placement but will depend on the size of the order. Larger quantity orders may take longer to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship outside of the US. Please contact Customer Service at (888)772-4639  to place an international order. 

When will my order ship?

USPS First Class (1-5 days)

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Our shipping carriers include USPS and UPS, both deliver on Saturdays. We do not offer pick-ups on the weekends or outside of normal business hours.
