How do I make a return ?

A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before goods may be returned. To obtain one, call Customer Care at (888)772-4639. Please have your order number available. To be eligible for a return, a photo demonstrating the garment has not been opened or soiled must be submitted

What is Your Return Policy? 

Products may be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Products will not be eligible for a return after 30 days.


For hygienic reasons, any garment that has been opened cannot be returned unless deemed defective. Please call Customer Care at (888)772-4639 to begin the return process.

I've already placed my order can I make changes or cancel? 

Changes cannot be made once you have submitted your order. However, you may cancel your order until process and handling has occurred. To check the status of your order, please contact Customer Care at (888)772-4639.

I received a the wrong product, what should I do? 

Please contact Customer Care at (888)772-4639 to obtain a replacement product.

I received a damaged item, what should I do? 

If you have received a damaged item, you will have to provide proof of the damage. Please submit an image showing the damage to orders@raineywear.com and include the following information:

Customer Name, Order Number, and Image showing proof of damage.

If the damage is due to shipping and handling, please contact the shipping provider for further assistance. Rainey Recovery Wear is not responsible for any packages that arrive damaged.

What is Your Warranty Policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your garment is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact Customer Care at (888) 772-4639. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.



- **Refund Processing Time:** Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

- Exchanges:** We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.

- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for international orders. Please contact Customer Care for specific instructions.
